GainScore is an AI-powered IELTS preparation platform that provides:

• Daily AI-coached sessions covering vocabulary, writing, and reading
• Instant writing feedback with band score evaluation
• Vocabulary learning tailored to your weak areas
• Progress tracking and performance analytics
• Personalized study recommendations based on your history

3. User Accounts

To access the Platform, you must sign in with a Google account. You are responsible for:

• All activities that occur under your account
• Ensuring your Google account information remains accurate
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Platform to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon the intellectual property or privacy rights of others
• Submit false, misleading, or harmful content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform or its infrastructure
• Use automated scripts or bots to access the Platform
• Resell or redistribute the Platform's content or AI-generated feedback

5. Privacy

6. Intellectual Property

The Platform, its design, content, and AI systems are owned by GainScore and protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Platform without prior written permission.

7. Your Content

You retain ownership of any written responses and content you submit. By submitting content, you grant GainScore a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use it solely for the purpose of providing AI feedback and improving the service.

8. Disclaimers

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that:

• The Platform will be error-free or uninterrupted
• AI-generated feedback will be 100% accurate in all cases
• Use of the Platform will guarantee a specific IELTS band score
• The Platform will meet every individual user's requirements

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GainScore shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of data, study progress, or anticipated results — arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.

10. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, without prior notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or if required to do so by law.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which GainScore operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
